Forgetful Thinking

Friday, January 20th, 2006

I had this idea, like a minute ago, about what I should write about. I started with the thought that its easy to forget something or someone, especially when they never made any impact on your life or when you just haven’t thought about them that much and then they start to fade. Its also hard to forget someone or something that made an impact on your life, whether it be good or bad, or when that someone or something had an extraordinary quality that you just can’t get out of your mind. What started with just a thought, ended up into something so, so real.

I bit my tongue and the common thing to ask would be, "Give me a number." Of course, the number that is given represents a letter of the alphabet that translates to the first letter of the person who is supposedly backbiting you! HA! Then I started to remember, which prompted me to look and because of what I saw, I realized, my life isn’t so bad after all :)

Incoherent thoughts run through my mind today, maybe i’m just babbling, but still I’d like to share what little I have. My pet, Duchess, recently gave birth to two puppies a few days ago, here is their most recent picture:

One is light brown colored and the other white. Aren’t they adorable? Anyway, will post more pics soon :)

Had dinner today at the recently opened Banana Leaf Asian Cafe in Power Plant and I would just like to share a little something about one of their waitresses - she SUCKS! She literally ignores me, even after eye contact. Go figure! Another incident was that a waiter was taking the order of some people when she suddenly stood beside him and held out her hand to get the menu which was used by the waiter as a hard back where to place the piece of paper where he was writing on. Talk about RUDE! Aside from that, the service was ok and the food was good :) Although, I didn’t know that the food I ordered turned out to be the type of food they serve cold with hot rice and hot soup! Hahaha :D Next, I wanna try M Cafe at the Ayala Museum.

Oh yeah, here are some pics taken last new year’s eve :)

It’s interesting to see how your life turns out after, hmmm…let’s say, high school. High school was a lot of fun! It could be said that high school was the most fun ever in any one’s life. Most, if not all, people miss their high school days and would like to return to them. Let me start out this post by saying that there is always an exception to this general rule.

In another area of my life, totally unrelated to this, I just had my hard drive reformatted. Why? Because of my incessant need for pc game cracks which led to spywares and eventually, trojan viruSES! Yeah, I have lots of games and in order to enjoy them for free, I have to download cracks and keygens and patches. My computer had to give up sometime! hahaha :)

For this year, I have only one new year’s resolution, which I plan to live out (don’t we all?): I resolve that I should be more friendly and outgoing to people I barely know. hahaha! History? Well…I guess it started the day I was born, I wasn’t blessed with soft features thus giving me the tendency to look mean a.k.a. "mataray" when I’m not smiling or talking (generally, I would call it a "no-expression" look) but still people interpret it as something different. Even when I feel shy and as a result, I wouldn’t talk, people would then think I was a snob. So now, I have to avoid being "expressionless" and start being expressive, hahaha :D
